Good morning
Algonquin College is home to an ever increasing number of international students. Two particular needs have emerged for which local churches and individuals may wish to assist.
Donations of small toiletries (tooth brushes, tooth paste, lip balm, sanitary items, shampoo/conditioner, soap/body wash, or hair ties) and winter mittens, scarves, hats and socks. These are being collected between now and December 1 to be given to students in need beginning December 4.
Hosting a student or students for dinner during Christmas
Many students will not be returning home for Christmas and would welcome not only a dinner but the social interaction with Canadian families.
